Docs: update zh-CN translations and pipeline

What:
- update zh-CN glossary, TM, and translator prompt
- regenerate zh-CN docs and apply targeted fixes
- add zh-CN AGENTS pipeline guidance

Why:
- address terminology/spacing feedback from #6995
